We will always prioritise the collection of the residual (black) bins, due to the health and safety impact of this waste stream. If you are reporting an uncollected recycling or glass collection please consider if this could wait until your next scheduled collection. Additional recycling and glass will be collected if presented in a suitable container, for example a cardboard box.
All uncollected bin reports will be investigated which may involve checking our vehicle tracker software, and the vehicle cameras. Please ensure that all the information provided is correct to aid with this investigation. Incorrect information may mean that we will not be able to make a return collection.
Please ensure that your house number is clearly displayed on all of your bins. You may paint this on or stickers can be purchased from a number of hardware stores.
Data Protection
We will use the information provided by you for providing waste collection services. The basis under which the Council uses personal data for this purpose is that it is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and the Council.
